Cancellation Policy
if you are wanting a design added on your nails you must book accordingly, i take clients back to back and if you come in wanting a design without booking i will unfortunately only be able to do the service you booked for
for intricate designs and nails requiring certain gems and charms please send them to me over text so i can be prepared
a 65% cancellation fee for any no shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment
no call/no show will no longer be able to book with me
if you are 10 minutes late i will unfortunately have to cancel your appointment and 65% of your total service will be charged to your card on file
no guests allowed other than the client
if you are racist or rude, you will be asked to leave no matter what stage of the nail process we are in
